This award recognises individuals, teams or products which have delivered transformational change. Examples might include strides taken to improve Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the education sector, or the successful implementation of Sustainability initiatives.

Nominations from applicants in no more than 1000 words covering the points below:

  • Background to the initiative – why was it needed, what brought about the decision
  • Description of the change made/product used, how it was implemented and the way in which it has had an impact
  • Evidence of how the impact has been measured
  • At least two testimonials and references to support the points made in the application
